12. To see if the town will vote to raise and appropriate a sum not exceeding one one hundredth of one percent (1/100 of 1%) of the assessed valuation based on the assessment of 1943, for the purpose of publicizing and promoting the natural advantages and resources of the town together with other towns in the Dartmouth-Lake Sunapee Region....
