12. To see if the Town will vote to raise and appropriate the sum of $12,195.00 for repairs to South Road Bridge, so-called; and, to further authorize the Selectmen to withdraw the sum of $12,195.00 from the Capital Reserve Fund for Maintenance of Roads in the Flood Control Basin for this purpose....
